  • Express Shipping: 1-2 business days | £9.95
  • Next Day Delivery: Next business day | £14.95 (Order by 2 PM)

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order leaves our warehouse. We ship Monday through Friday, excluding bank holidays.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

  3. Select items to return and reason
  4. Print your return label
  5. Package items securely with return form
  6. Drop off at any designated shipping location

REFUND PROCESSING

  • Please allow 7-10 business days for processing after we receive your return
  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method
  • You will receive email confirmation once your refund is processed
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable

EXCEPTIONS

  • Final sale items cannot be returned
  • Customized products are non-returnable
